It is made from Starch Powder and in Falooda Sev yellow additionally artificial colour tartrazine (E102) is added. It is used as an ingredient in making Falooda, Jelly, IcreCream, Basundi, etc. Instruction for use: Put the contents of this packet in 250 Gms. of hot water. Stir well for about 5 minutes and put in cold water for 5 minutes. Drain and mix it with sweet syrup. Let it stay for half an hour. Serve chilled with Jelly, Ice cream, Basundi or Rabri.
